On a personal note...
I was obese as a child, being put on a medically supervised diet in my youth. The only true comfort I felt growing up was found in food – and that was the case for many, many years. I know what it’s like to live in the grip of overeating, self-hatred and loathing. No number on the scale ever worked to make me happy (same with the amount of money I had, success or man I was dating).
I had done some “wirk” by the time I found EFT (I call it wirk because it’s the “I” and the “inner” part that gets you want you want in life). And yet, I credit it with helping me climb (and some days, crawl) the last two decades of my healing journey.
